Book Exhibit and Raffle

As we did at L.A.con III, L.A.con IV will be sponsoring a book exhibit and raffle to benefit Reading is Fundamental (RIF) and the Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL). Books, magazine subscriptions, games, and other Science and SF-related materials will be on display during the convention. Raffle tickets will be sold for packets created from the materials on display, with the drawing held as a program item on Sunday (you must be present to win, as packet choice occurs immediately after the drawing). Each packet is likely to be worth several hundred dollars, so the raffle could be the best investment you make at the con -- and you help RIF and the LAPL in the process.
